รายละเอียดทั่วไป
ตู้ผ่าน (Cross Connection Cabinet) เป็นตู้ออกแบบเพื่อใช้ สำหรับจุดตัดต่อจากสายเคเบิ้ลใต้ดินภายนอกอาคาร โดยมีทั้ง แบบประตูด้านเดียวและประตูสองด้าน สำหรับแผงบรรจุตัวต่อสาย (Terminal) มีทั้งสามารถบรรจุ Terminal แบบสกรูหรือแบบกดสาย โดยไม่ต้องปอกเปลือก (Quick Connection Module) ซึ่งจะเป็นยี่ห้อ KRONE ที่บรรจุอยู่ใน Back Mount Frame หรือ Profile Rod หรือจะเป็นยี่ห้อใดก็ได้ ทั้งนี้อยู่ที่ความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน โดยบริษัท ฯ ยินดีที่จะผลิตตามความต้องการของลูกค้า (กรณีที่ลูกค้าต้องการทำสัญลักษณ์แบบจารึกถาวร บริษัท ฯ สามารถ ปั๊มเป็นตัวนูนได้)
วัสดุและกรรมวิธีการจัดสร้าง
วัสดุที่นำมาจัดสร้างเป็นอลูมิเนียมแผ่นหนา 3.0 มม. และส่วนประกอบอื่น ๆ จะนำวัสดุที่ไม่เกิดสนิมมาทำการจัดสร้าง เช่น สแตนเลส หรือทองเหลือง เป็นต้น ผ่านขั้นตอนการตัด, เจาะรู, และพับด้วยเครื่องจักรที่ควบคุมด้วยระบบคอมพิวเตอร์
ระบบการเคลือบผิว
หลังจากชิ้นงานผ่านขั้นตอนการผลิตเรียบร้อยแล้ว จะเข้าสู่ระบบการล้างคราบน้ำมันและสิ่งสกปรกที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างทำการจัดสร้าง จากนั้นจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการเคลือบผิวด้วยระบบอิเล็คโตรสเตติก ตามมาตรฐาน ASTM D-3359-87 ,ลักษณะประตูเปิด 2 ด้าน โดยสามารถบรรจุ Connector ได้ถึง 2,400 คู่สาย และยังถูกออกแบบให้ไม่สามารถถอดแผ่นปิดฐานจากภายนอกได้
QUALIFICATONS
General Data
Cross Connection Cabinet is designed to provide the interface between feeder and distribution cables settled up underground outside building. Regarding terminal blocks accommodation, one-door or two-door type are prepared for customer selection and available for screwed-type terminal or Quick Connection Module. As for the latter type, recommended KRONE product are contained in Back Mount Frame or Profile Rod. Other brandname product(s) is also possible for customers requirement. (Any name or symbol can be legibly stamped-press on product.)
Material and Production
Production material is mainly 3.0 mm.-thick Aluminium sheet and anti-rust stainless or brass for components. Each product is manufactured through shearing, punching, and bending process by computer control machines.
Housing Surface
Dust and oil film on steel materials will be removed by Zinc phosphate Pre-treatment process and will be painted in electrostatic process complied to ASTM D-3359-87 standard. |
