110 Keystone Jacks :

The BELLCOMMS Bringing the easy termination of the 110 style block and the proven reliability of BELLCOMMS modular jack interface together on a PC board provides a controlled connection design that yeilds superior performance. 110Connect System jacks are  available in Category5E performance, T568A, T568B, and both shielded and unshielded versions to meet every cabling requirement. These jacks accept 22-26 AWG solid or 20-26 AWG 7-strand conductors with a maximum insulation diameter of 0050 inches.
